The sound is really good for the money. There were some scratches on the sub and the controller, but the sound was perfect and the rest of the speakers were flawless. The only problem I had were the cables were shorter for the front speakers and longer for the back speakers so I needed extenders on the front and I had excess for the rear speakers. I'm using this in a home theater setup. But for the price and the sound you can't do better for a surround sound home theater.
